Ocean 101 Beach Resort Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Ocean 101 Beach Resort (hereafter referred to as "the Resort"). By making a
booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Reservation
2.1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a 50% deposit.
2.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
2.3. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a same-value credit as paid redeemable for up to a year.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.
2.4. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
3.2. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
3.3. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional
charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Identification: Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
4.2. Occupancy Limits: Rooms have specified occupancy limits which must be adhered to.
4.3. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
4.4. Noise Policy: Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. Resort Policies
5.1. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
5.2. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by the Resort. (Requests can be made via email.)
5.3. Pool and Beach Use: Guests must follow safety guidelines and rules posted at the pool and beach areas.
5.4. Safety and Security: The Resort is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings.

6. Liability
6.1. Personal Injury: The Resort is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during your stay.
6.2. Force Majeure: The Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or changes to your booking resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

7. Data Privacy
7.1. Data Collection: We collect personal data for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing services during your stay.
7.2. Data Protection: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.

9. Amendments
The Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are advised to review the terms and conditions regularly.

10. Acceptance
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
